Electric fencing
We fit electric fencing along the top of a fence or a wall, so that climbing over it is no longer an option.
What we fit
- Angled brackets and electric strands along the top of a clear-view fence, as on the jobs below.
- Electric fencing along the top of an existing wall or fence.
- Warning signs along the fence line, as the photographs show.
Good to know
An electric fence in South Africa must have an Electric Fence System Certificate of Compliance. Ask us about the certificate when we quote, and tell us if the fence runs along a street or a neighbour's boundary.
Our work
How a job runs
- Site visit. We come out, measure, and look at the ground and the levels.
- Written quote. You get the price in writing, with the materials, finish and gate sizes listed.
- Fabrication. Gates and frames are made up in our George workshop to the sizes we measured.
- Installation. We set the posts, fit the panels and hang the gates, then test every gate before we leave.
We do not publish prices. Every job is measured and quoted in writing after the site visit.
